Orders take at least one day to process and will be physically shipped out of our warehouse the following day. Free shipping is applicable only to states within the continental United States, shipping outside of this region will incur additional fees.

1. Warranty Claims. Buyer shall inform Maco Lifestyles immediately upon any failure occurrence, damage, or if the Buyer discovers any defects; claims must be as set forth herewith and during the warranty period. Maco Lifestyles reserves the right to reject any warranty claim not properly reported.
a. Items picked up at Maco Lifestyles’ warehouse or an authorized dealer’s place of business: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all purchased products on unpacking and report any damage product within three (3) days of purchase date and pickup.
b. Items delivered Federal Express (FedEx) or United Parcel Post (UPS): It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all purchased products on unpacking and report any damage product within three (3) days of delivery and signing for item(s).
c. White Glove delivery: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all purchased products on unpacking and report any damaged product to the delivering agent before signing acceptance of product. Buyer is responsible to call Maco Lifestyles to arrange for a replacement prior to delivering agent’s departure of Buyer’s premises.
d. Un-damaged product at delivery: Product found to be faulty due to workmanship or missing parts, it is Buyers responsibility to notify Maco Lifestyles within thirty (30) days from purchase date to claim a replacement or credit to Buyer.
e. Disassembled or modified products: Warranty will be voided; product will not be approved for return or credit.
2. Return Procedure.
a. Before any product is returned for repair or replacement: It is Buyers responsibility to call Maco Lifestyles (1-888-470-3558) or email Maco Lifestyles customer service (customerservice@macolifestyles.com) to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form from a Maco Lifestyles representative. The model number and serial number of the product, together with a full description of the failure, must be given to the Maco Lifestyles representative.
b. Returned product: It is Buyers responsibility to return all approved returns to Maco Lifestyles at no cost to Maco Lifestyles.
c. Returned product: All returned product MUST be in original condition, packaging and contain all original documents, and the RMA. Maco Lifestyles will not provide return shipping boxes or materials.
3. Governing Law. All matters regarding this warranty shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, excluding choice of law provisions thereof, and any claim arising from this Warranty shall be brought in the State or Federal courts located in the County of the address of Maco Lifestyles. Buyer hereby waives any objection to choice of venue for inconvenience.
4. Warranty change. This Warranty is subject to change without notice, at any time.
5. Customer Remorse- We offer a 3 day customer remorse policy in which you are able to return your purchase 3 days after receiving it for a full refund of the product price.
6. In all returns and exchanges the customer must pay for both shipping and a restocking fee that will be contingent on each individual item.

Upon your first purchase you will be given the option to create a user account. If you select to use this option you will be able to view your order and account status at any time.
